DELIVERY
All items are made-to-order. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to processed. A notification will be sent once your order has been placed and being sent.
UK Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm or Royal Mail 24 with Signature 1 to 2 business days
Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked 3-5 days*
Rest of the world: Royal Mail International Tracked 6-7 days*

RETURNS
*Please note all items are made-to-order. Due to this, we are unable to process any refunds. We are however happy to offer an exchange if you change your mind. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us at info@leereina.com to exchange any unused or to return any faulty items purchased on LEE REINA.
We do not offer Credit Notes, therefore the exchanged item(s) will need to match or be more than the original pricePlease ensure all returned items have original tags attached and all original packaging is present and intact.
All returned items will need to pass a quality check and refunds will be issued via the original payment method. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
All items are quality checked before delivery. Please contact us immediately info@leereina if you receive a damaged item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Deliveries outside of the UK will be calculated by the weight and dimension of your order and charged in accordance with Royal Mail International shipping rates.
Customs & Duties
Custom charges are out of our control and payable by the customer. For more information regarding your country's customs and duties policies please contact your local customs office before placing your order. We will not be liable for uncollected parcels due to unpaid customs duty.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING DETAILS
LEE REINA will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to the following reasons:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied at checkout. Please be advised to check your order confirmation and shipping confirmation. If there has been an error made please contact immediately via email info@leereina.com and we will try our best to make the necessary amendments if possible.
Failure to accept delivery due to refusal to pay customs and duty charges.
LEE REINA WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES
Failure to collect or arrange redelivery for your parcel from Royal Mail depot as it is the responsibility of the customer to collect within the holding period.
Returned parcels which are lost in transit on their way back.
RETURNED PARCELS
Parcels which are returned to us for any of the above reasons are not liable to be refunded. However, if we do have your parcel returned to us in good order, we will refund the products and deduct any delivery costs. This will include any return delivery costs plus the initial shipping cost, depending on your initial chosen option. If you qualified for free shipping, the initial delivery cost will be calculated upon return.
